I was disappointed at the length of time for delivery and had to contact Select specs ,however the advisor took it on board and contacted me with an update ,as I had also contacted PayPal my glasses were sent out and I have to say I am very pleased with them ...even having to wait longer than expected
Placed an order on 4th Feb and paid extra for tracked delivery, against a 7-10 day delivery. Chased delivery 11th Feb to be advised that delivery was likely to be w/c 22nd Feb - thereby taking a month! No apology, no explanation so I have cancelled the order.
Both specsavers and vision express currently producing glasses within 48 hours and no less expensive.

Brilliant glasses, great value for money and to top it all excellent customer services
Never ordered glasses online before so I did not know what to expect.
Well they are wonderful spot on with my script and high quality frames.
So much so I have ordered more

I have been buying prescription glasses from selectspecs for many years. Always great service, and cheap enough to have several pairs. Have recommended them to friends and family, who now also use them.
Good value and the lens are good. But the frames itself are cheap plastic, of poor quality and I find they slip of my head as they are too short. Not great but you pay for what you get.
Error on lenses quickly remidied and product stands up to a good value rating
Very good, glasses are brilliant & good value. Waited a little bit longer than expected for second pair to arrive but all good
Very slow, took a month to receive second pair of glasses. First pair only turnt up when I phoned to chase up. You get what you pay for. Not sure I’d use again.
I have had a problem with the frames on my recent order. I have sent two emails regarding this and have been given two ticket numbers: 366185 and 369755.
As yet I have not had the courtesy of a reply. NOT HAPPY! Terrible customer service.
Prescription was wrong and company didn't responded to my emails asking what I should do to resolve the issue.
Edited/ company got in touch straight after review. upped review to 4 stars
My purchase is not fit for purpose. The glasses are not focussed correctly. I have sent my readings from spec savers and not had no response . This has been going on since beginning of April and I’m no further forward. Not sure why I don’t get a response as would like to return the product however not aware of the return policy, which I have been asking.

I researched various eyewear reglazing services in the U. K. online and SelectSpecs offered the best value for money.

Totally legitimate. Great quality specs at great prices, very quick delivery, comes with case and cleaning cloth
